2005 Academy Awards

Three Six Mafia won an Oscar for Music (Original Song) with their song “It’s Hard Out Here for  a Pimp” from the film HUSTLE & FLOW, besting Dolly Parton’s “Travelin’ Thru” in TRANSAMERICA and “In the Deep” from CRASH by Kathleen “Bird” York and Michael Becker.
