The Joker (THE DARK KNIGHT, 2008)

Never before has the Joker been portrayed as such an intriguing and terrifying agent of pure chaos as he was by Heath Ledger in THE DARK KNIGHT. He’s more than Batman’s enemy; the Joker is the grim reminder of what Batman could easily become if he would just let go. The film was nominated for 8 Oscars and won 2 including Best Supporting Actor.
