Film Synopsis
Talmudic scholar Eliezer Shkolnik has devoted his career to an exhaustive study of varying versions of the Jewish texts in an effort to ascertain as nearly as possible the exact form of the original works. Dismissed by his fellow academics, Eliezer resents the popularity and success of his son, Uriel, whose less rigorous studies have won him wide recognition.
