Film Synopsis

The orphaned Jane Eyre survives her childhood in a cruel boarding school and secures a position as a governess at the isolated Thornfield Hall.  Despite its dark and mysterious atmosphere, Thornfield becomes the first real home Jane has known, and she soon finds herself drawn to its brooding, enigmatic owner, the formidable Mr. Rochester.
